„The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. The pool area/courtyard was under construction, which was listed as starting the last day of our trip but was ongoing the entire time, and since (I believe) they were welding balconies, from 9 am - 5 pm the noise was constant. „Everything was great down to the location. Enjoyed the amenities especially the pool. If you’re looking for a nice spot in Charlotte this is your place and prices are great! Everything is close by in the heart of Charlotte. 10/10 highly recommend.“

„It was close to everything I needed. The property management company was interactive and there if I needed them. The place and grounds were nice. Only negatives: you can hear the neighbors walking around, and the shower head had a constant drip. Other than that, definitely would come back if needed. “

„This was a terrific home. Beautiful view of the lake. A relaxing environment. Private with plenty of room for our family of 14. Located close to shopping and other activities.“

„The location is excellent—right in downtown Charlotte and just a 20-minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Very convenient to restaurants and bars, which made getting around easy. The unit could definitely use a deep clean, and the pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable. That said, it worked for a one-night stay. Parking was smooth with the provided instructions. Overall, it’s a decent option if location is your top priority.“

„This home has it all! Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen, jetted tub, steam shower! Beautifully decorated, perfect location and awesome views. The owner is fantastic. You also have the opportunity to rent his pontoon boat. This is one of the best places we have ever renred and will be back!“

„We had an amazing stay at this cute and quirky home! The pool was a huge bonus. The layout is a little funky but it worked well for us once we figured out where everything was. The owners have done a great job of making modern updates and still keeping the unique vintage feel of the home. We would absolutely stay here again! “

„We were looking for an inexpensive VRBO that was near our event for a week. This tiny home fit the bill.The quarters are tight. As others have mentioned, the stairs going to the loft are steep and the treads are shallow. The bed fell apart on us one night, but we fixed it and moved on. The stove top was good, loved the small oven. TV was good, internet was good. Kitchen was very functional. Shower was OK. Washer was good, dryer takes a pretty good while with a small load. Ohne Baustelle vlt besser

"Eigentlich ein gutes Hotel. Aber 1. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind super klein und es war furchtbar laut. 2. Die Baustelle direkt am Hotel ist riesig und super laut. (man hätte die Gäste im Vorfeld darauf hinweisen müssen), wir hatten ein Zimmer im 16. Stock ab 7 Uhr war es mit schlafen vorbei 3. Gesamt ist das Hotel zu hellhörig. Nicht nur der Lärm der Baustelle auch von innen, wenn jemand im Flur vorbei lief und sich unterhalten hat hat man im Zimmer alles deutlich gehört. "
