„This house/cabin is PERFECTLY situated on the Ichetucknee River. Clean, comfortable… huge screened in porches. It took our family about 2 and a half hours to paddle on the (available) kayaks upriver into the State Park and to the midpoint launch, and an hour to float/paddle back. The river access is… such a treat, and the deck out at the edge was much enjoyed. We saw a couple manatees swim by, even in April, which was a surprise.“

„Coffee on the dock, sitting on the dock, tubing off the dock, swimming off the dock…..priceless !!! Home was spacious and accommodated our family of 7 ( 8 with dog ) comfortably . “

„My husband and I wanted to get away from work and traffic and reconnect with nature. This cabin was perfect! While there was plenty of space to bring more family with us it was also just perfect for us and our sweet dog. We felt right at home! The location is perfect… centrally located to so many beautiful springs. The swing on the deck was perfect for evening wind downs and morning coffee. „This property is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood and very well set up for a family needing multiple bedrooms. Everything was very clean and so nicely decorated - it definitely felt like a home-away-from-home, with a pool as an extra bonus! The property manager was wonderful in responding to all questions and requests. We hope to rent this property again - it was perfect for our needs!“

„This place was awesome. The view, the cleanliness and the location. We were 11 minutes from Ginnie Springs, 8 mins from Fort White and 15 mins from High Springs. This is great for couples that want to get away from the city life for awhile. Will totally recommend to someone else about this place. “

"Zimmer sind sauber, aber wenig Platz für z.B. große Koffer. Zimmer zur Straßenseite sehr laut, Klimaanlage laut. Personal beim Checkin sehr laut am Schreien, eine sehr unangenehme Situation für Gäste. Frühstückstüte für ausgewachsene Männer nicht geeignet. Möglichst vorsorgen oder woanders frühstücken :-) "

Personal ist leider nicht qualiziert und nicht im geringsten kundenfreundlich: Check-in dauerte wegen eines Abrechnungsproblems mit Expedia mehr als 90 Minuten; Zimmer wurde in dieser Zeit trotz Vorauszahlung nicht gewährt; keinerlei Entgegenkommen des unerfahrenen Personals am Frontdesk. Frühstück ist à la Carte und überteuert, wenn nicht "inklusive". "
