„Pros-the inside of the house was nice, boat dock was great to have, and the lake view was amazing. If there is an issue, the property manager was amazing! Cons-the wifi or even cell service is next to nothing, which also means there is limited tv/streaming. The deck attached to the house was real dirty. Couldn’t sit on the cushions-they were so dirty. There is also not an ice maker in the house-just ice trays.“

„We absolutely loved our relaxing stay at the private cabin nestled in the mountains! The cabin had everything we needed. We really enjoying the fire pit and the hot tub. Location was perfect. Far enough into nature to be secluded but close enough to Knoxville, and pigeon Forge.“

„Absolutely amazing, it close to town, but away from the hustle and bustle. Truly a place to enjoy peace and quiet with all the amenities of home. Communications with the property manager was wonderful and the property was perfect. My only regret is I didn’t have more time off work to stay for a longer period of time. “

„I would definitely indicate in listing the steep steps to upstairs. Also include the black fence around property to make it easier to find in the dark and enter through the gate. We enjoyed the space and country feel. “

„Stay was awesome. Very updated cute house on the inside. Would be nice for 1sr bedroom to have blackout shades; the sun was very bright in the early am. 2nd room was perfect. Comfortable beds. The 2nd bathroom shower drain wouldn't stay open; so you had to manually do it after showering. Just letting you know. I definitely recommend this house. Thanks! “

„Family from 4 different states met for memorial service. The cabin was perfect. Plenty of room. Very clean. Everything was perfect “

„So cute and cozy! Felt so comfortable upon enter. Plenty of towels, well stock toiletries. Every morning my husband would sit at watch the sun come ip over the lake. We celebrated our 34 year anniversary! It was simply the best. Great communication with owner. Will be returning!“

„No room to park even a small trailer at bottom of driveway. Boat parking IS allowed overnight at the Anderson County launch ramp. “

„Very Good stay. Good location/short drive to anywhere we needed to go. Only have two recommendations for the listing I wished I had known before the trip. 1. Only TV is in the basement. 2. Beds described as 2 king and a double queen. It was actually 2 queens and double xl twins. Overall stay was great. 5 stars, great host!“

„It was perfect for what we needed. Kayaks being there was great for the kids. Only reason it didn’t get all 5s was that it just needs a few maintenance items fixed nothing major few light bulbs here and there things like that “

„The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in ...
