„Cool country property. Lauren was great and communicated great! The house worked great for our group we weren't there a ton but the little we were it was nice and plenty of space. Only recommendation is a needs a good deep clean. All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were all dirty and the water vacuum didn't get empty causing the house to smell but we set it outside and had no issues. „Beautiful property! Enjoyed sitting on the back patio and relaxing when we weren’t out off-roading. “

„Nice room, very clean, comfortable bed, charming fireplace. As big as the room is, I wish the designer had chosen to allocate more space to the bathroom, which is quite small and cramped. Lovely having a large grassy area just outside. More than one outdoor chair would be nice. Convenient location just outside of the busy downtown area. “

„I wish I could rate this 0 stars. We were a group of 5 staying for 2 weeks, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. At first, the house seemed clean and the owner friendly, but things changed fast. The host had extreme, over-the-top rules posted all over the house. Blinds were zip-tied open so he could peek inside, which he did multiple times. He admitted watching us and commented on how we moved a table — proving he was monitoring us constantly. „It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. “

„Beautiful home is well equipped for cooking and grilling, the rooms and home are beautiful, scenary is fantastic, and the atmosphere with Axel the dog, and visits from chickens and view of cattle makes it the perfect western experience “

„The Rock Haus was a great spot for our Dinosaur National Monument adventures. Nick was so helpful in local rec’s for food and other places to check out. My kids loved the themes throughout the house and the rocks out back! “

"Das Zimmer war in einem desolaten Zustand, Löcher in der Zimmerdecke, Schimmel/Schmutz im Bad, Badetücher nicht sauber. Offensichtlich wird Werbung für die Unterkunft mit Bildern der renovierten Zimmer betrieben. Wir erhielten jedoch eines in desolatem Zustand. Wir können die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. "

"Freundlicher Empfang, schönes Zimmer, Blick in den großen gepflegten Garten, da es nur 2 Zimmer gibt hatten wir die Unterkunft für uns allein. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das inbegriffene Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten, der Ort hat aber ein wunderbares Lokal in der Nähe, das uns empfohlen wurde"

"Das Hotel läuft angeblich nicht mehr unter BW. Vor Ort merkt man davon nichts .Offensichtlich werden aber aktuell keine Reservierungen angenommen. Es waren vielleicht 5 Zimmer belegt. Pool war geschlossen. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Frühstück amerikanischer Standard."
