„Few minor problems “

„We loved the house, and it was ample in size to accommodate 11 of us. The home is in need of some repair, particularly on the back deck, and the floor exiting the house. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. As far as cleanliness goes the outside living areas, definitely need to be cleaned but the counters and furniture inside what is clean. Although there are supposed to be access in the backyard to the lake, there were so many fallen trees that we couldn’t enter the ...

„The hosts were wonderful! Excellent communication and very helpful. We enjoyed how quiet and remote it was. I filtered for a waterfront property and this one is up the hill from the lake, not on the water..but it was a nice, short stroll to the water every evening with our toddler so not a big deal for us. Caught a few fish, and made great memories in my home state. Would book again to visit Benton, or just to enjoy a few KY lake days and Belews (restaurant).“

„We stayed five great nights in late April. The front porch took center stage for us with a magnificent view of the lake. From morning coffee, watching a storm pass over and evening stars. Lots of songbirds!!!The house is great with over the top amenities! We loved the fire pit and furnished firewood. Our host was terrific. Great pre, during and after stay communication. Provided great information on the local area. Highly recommend you stay here!“

„This was our 4th time staying at the this property and we already booked a week stay for next year! We love staying at this beautiful property. The house is clean with plenty of space for our family of 6. We put our boat in the water at the boat ramp about 5 minutes down the road and used the boat slip at the lakehouse all week.We had several nice mornings on the swing and campfires in the evenings with s'mores. We look forward to visiting again next year. “
