Basic needs are there as deacribed. VIEW is amazing! Outside does not look like it has been updated yet but as soon as you see the view you wont notice. Clear lake saw lots of fish jump, some geese, birds and chipmunks. quiet and friendly neighbors.Train is close by and it was harvest season so went by regularly. Good bar burgers ...
