„This is truly a gem near DuPont National Forest. The property location is as close as you would expect - 10 minutes drive to all the waterfalls and scenic hikes as well as stores nearby. My family stayed for 3 days and we had so much fun at the cabin. It has pretty much everything and the owner Susan and Gerald were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The hot tub was a huge plus for the kids. We would definitely visit again. “

„What a wonderful property. Great place to stay and enjoy the valley. Don't forget to take advantage of the outdoor space while you are there.“

„We were very pleased and happy with the home. There were kyacks and a canoe that we used almost everyday. The grandchildren swam and played in the lake. The road up to the home was 1.9 miles and our daughter ran on it everyday for a total of four miles a day. Quite the workout! The owner supplied plenty of towels, tissues, paper towels dish soap and dishwasher detergent. There also was tide available if you didn’t bring your own. „The cottage was exactly as described by the host - relaxing, private, less than 6 miles to dining and shopping in Brevard. Lots of waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities at the cottage - hot tub, movie screen, and mountain views from the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was a gas grill. The cottage itself is so pretty. The hosts Gina and Kevin thought of everything that you might could need. The small details are so important and they did great with this. „The Sunrise Cottage was perfect for my husband, me, and our teenage daughter. It is in a great location and has everything we needed. Carol is a great host and a has a fantastic green thumb. Her gardens are lovely!“

„The owners have done an outstanding job renovating an older house to make it look like new. Floors, walls, windows, kitchen, and bathrooms were all in like-new condition. The walk-in shower was amazing! The kitchen has LG refrigerator stove and dishwasher and a big "farm" sink. The location was very quiet. Other dwellings were very close, but we never heard a sound from anyone. The house overlooks a tree-covered slope. The weather was too cool to use the huge porch or the gas-fired fire pit, but ...
