„ Very peaceful location. It was a great home base for our stay to visit family. Loved sitting out on the deck. If you want a good workout, do a lap or 2 down to the main road and back up the hill. Hopefully we’ll be back on our next trip!“

„Exactly what we needed! Beautiful, clean and organized inside, calm, peaceful and secluded outside. Would definitely love to stay again. No issues, no worries, close to the lake and boat launch. Close enough to towns and restaurants but secluded enough that the only sounds you hear are nature. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place!“

„This spacious cottage home has five bedrooms, four of which have room AC. Any kitchen utensil imaginable is provided. The shaded patio with a ceiling fan allows comfortable outdoor dining. The owner is responsive to any questions. We used the kayaks and canoe provided daily. We loved our 3 weeks on the lake!“

„Our stay was even better than we were hoping for! The screened in porch lets you be right at the waters edge with no bugs, perfect shade and tranquility. The cabin has everything we needed (including reliable AC and tv if the kiddos insist on some screen time because they don’t know any better). The dock is inviting and safe (even for kids) has plenty of room for both relaxing and jumping in. The hosts make you feel like family, we would absolutely go back! “

„I was so impressed with the host well before we were on property. She answered all of my questions promptly and was so welcoming. The home was comfortable and met our every need, including some items aimed at our dog’s comfort. The location is great for touring the area for wine and gastronomy and just general sightseeing. We would stay there again. Thanks, again, to the host. “

„Very happy with our stay in the Safari cabin! Clean, comfortable, well equipped for our needs, great location. To make this Safari weekend complete, we were visited by a buck, doe and fawns who wandered around the lawn and fields, munching and playing. We can’t add much more than what is already in other reviews - a great cabin for access to everything in the area!“

"Sehr schönes und sehr großes Zimmer mit toller Ausblick. Es gab einen Balkon mit gemütlichen Stühlen. Im Aufenthalt war sogar eine Flasche Wein enthalten. Leider war das Bett sehr durchgelegen und somit unbequem. Das Frühstück war recht klein und alles war abgepackt."
