„Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use ...

„My wife and I checked in on Friday with Jim one of the owners. He walked us around the home and showed us the kitchen and where all the stuff was. Wi-Fi was sufficient for the stay. We stayed in the lower room, and there were cob webs around the lights and had a cabin/musty smell. This is not a Hilton or Marriott property, you are staying in a home that is off the beaten path. Would I stay there again? YES. If I addressed the issues with Jim and Tracy would have addressed it. “

The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. „This place was absolutely perfect...i cant even stretch how beautiful this place is...steven was an excellent host..he came by and gave us a quick tour of the home! He even gave us alittle history of the area which was very cool...the home is huge and clean...perfect for the amount of people i went with...the waterfalls are breath taking and honestly the reason why we would return to this property....i give it a 10/10....if i could give it 100 stars i would....best place i have been to so ...

„Trout River House is such a welcoming and comfortable place! Despite the fact that the weekend we visited was a very hot and rainy one, we got to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, as well as the mountain views, right from the back deck overlooking the river.
