„ It was a wonderful home away from home. It was very clean and had many kitchen appliances for making food that any group might need. The bedrooms were comfortable and were very restful. It was rainy during our stay, and we were still able to enjoy the lake from the many windows in the home. The indoor furniture allowed for a variety of seating arrangements for games and visiting. “

„Overall experience was great! Plenty of space to spread out and still close to all the action in Ellicottville. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and silverware for a large group. All queen size were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bunk room beds were a bit lumpy though. Bathrooms were all working and the linens were plentiful. Owners were great! „Great house right on the lake. Lots of room for cooking and spending time together. Sun room, deck and firepit were our favorites. The dining room table was a great spot for playing board games. Very convenient location to walk to Bemus Point, short drive to Long Point State Park, Panama Rocks, Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown. Very clean and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering any questions. “

„We felt very welcomed in the home. Ours was a last minute reservation (within 24 hours of arrival) and things still went splendidly. The home is in a neighborhood and people waved at us; we appreciated that. The key code worked easily every time so coming and going was a breeze. The driveway is long so there is ample parking. You park right next to the front porch in front of the garage so access into the house is nearly effortless. There are about 4 steps up to the porch. The garden area is ...

„This was our second time staying at this property. It fits our 3 families of 4 perfectly with room to spare. It's a one minute drive to the slopes! The house is equipped with everything you need for cooking at home and the beds are comfortable. It's so nice to have a dryer for all of our ski clothes and the huge bathtub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back.“
