„The cabin was as good or better than described. Very comfortable, rustic with lots of wood, some interesting antiques, nice well-equipped kitchen, super comfy bed, great shower, relaxing front and rear porches. The site is the definition of quiet. The hosts are friendly, interesting and unobtrusive - as are their beautiful dogs. The farm animals also added a very nice element. Some interesting local "hole-in-the-wall" pubs and within an easy drive of the Delaware River and nearby towns ...

„We had an amazing time at this emasculated clean cabin, surrounded by acres upon acres of beauty. I lived walking down the short path to the river where I spent lazy afternoons reading and wading. The cabin has all you could ask for and would happily stay again for even longer!“

„This is the cutest cabin. It’s super clean and has everything you need. Beds are super comfortable and I only wish we could have stayed longer. It’s located off a main road but you don’t hear any traffic at all. When I am back in the area, I will absolutely book it again.“

„Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. We went with one of Leah's suggestions for catering for 2 different nights and were not disappointed - would definitely use ...

„This place was absolutely perfect...i cant even stretch how beautiful this place is...steven was an excellent host..he came by and gave us a quick tour of the home! He even gave us alittle history of the area which was very cool...the home is huge and clean...perfect for the amount of people i went with...the waterfalls are breath taking and honestly the reason why we would return to this property....i give it a 10/10....if i could give it 100 stars i would....best place i have been to so ...

„An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Communication with Justin was great. the cottage was very clean and cool as the temperature outdoors was 90 plus. The beds are comfortable and the big shower was delightful. Being at the end of July, the river was low but the view is fantastic. A blue heron came each evening to feed. Location to many hikes,etc is a bonus. Would definitely return to this place. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.“
