„The Great Room and deck is amazing. All the windows let so much natural light in and the chairs on the deck are so comfortable. Just watching the lake, deer and turkeys very relaxing. “

„We brought our teens to go white water rafting for the weekend. The house was super close to the rafting place and it was comfortable. The bathroom layout is a bit odd because you have to walk through the bathrooms to get to the bedrooms, but we made it work. The kitchen was a bit light on pots and pans but otherwise great. „Cute, clean, calm and comfortable. The house is right on the water with lots of wildlife to view (deer, turkey, bald eagles, loons and a resident groundhog who entertained us during our morning coffee). Amazing sunset views. Well appointed kitchen and super comfortable beds. Enjoyed the deck on sunny days and during a cool, rainy day we fired up the gas fireplace to read, play games and watch the birds swoop around the bay. „Traveled from California to New York for son’s graduation and post family vacation . This was one of our stops for half of us which we thoroughly enjoyed . Beautiful lake views with all the comforts of home . Would definitely come back again ! “

„This was the best vacation rental we’ve ever had. Is beautifully finished and furnished. The enclosed porch is great for watching the river in comfort. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean and safe. Parks, a small grocery store, museum, library, coffee shop, and liquor store are all within a few blocks walk.We didn’t have any problems but did message the host a couple of times. They were very responsive.Hopefully we will have an opportunity to visit again in the future.“

„We were excited to ice fish the famed Chaumont Bay for trophy walleye. Unfortunately the fishing didn't go as planned. The house was great, very clean and comfortable for our group. There was a minor issue with the boiler that the manager solved very quickly. I would definitely stay here again if the fishing was better. If you are headed there to ice fish, you should be aware that access to the water from the cottage is via a set of narrow stairs, and getting a shanty to the back yard is ...
