„We had a lovely stay at the Grape Escape. While it is truly roughing it, all our needs were met and the host was easy to contact if we needed anything. Hammondsport was an awesome town, with nice options for food, drinks, and vibes. Great food everywhere we tried, but Portside Bistro was our favorite. “

„Home was very clean, had everything we needed and more.. great location short walk to look at the lake“

„The cabin was exactly what we were hoping to find, very secluded yet close to everything we were planning to do. Very comfortable and with all the extra little touches that made it feel homey. We loved sitting and watching all of the wildlife around the bird feeder each morning while having breakfast. Phyllis was very accommodating and really goes the extra mile to make your stay perfect!“

„Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep.“

„Great location, great home, lots to do in the area and at the home. Cooked many meals at the house, ate dinner out only once to celebrate 3 family birthdays. Rented a pontoon boat from Anchor Inn one afternoon (awesome time on the lake) and did a couple wine tastings. Wagner was fantastic! Also check out Lakewood for excellent wines as well. Sitting on the porch and in the living room looking out across the lake was perfect. And lots of cornhole games on the front porch. Perfect stay for ...

„property was exactly as pictured. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, tons of silverware and wine glasses. Loved spending time at the large dining table and on the couches. “

"Overall a great stay in a very nice spacious up-to-date room. Really enjoyed it! Only minor complaint was a bit the cleanliness here and there like left hair in the bathroom. And I will never get used to paper tableware and plastic knifes at breakfast but that seems to be a very common thing. The breakfast area itself is very nice same as the food!"

"Lage top: Blick auf See zwischen Weingütern und Watkins Glen. Dazu Feuerstelle, Schaukelstühle, Fenster mit Fliegengittern. Liebevoll eingerichtet, aber stark in die Jahre gekommen. Klimagerät/Heizung nur bedingt vertrauenswürdig, offenes Kabel am Bett. Auch wenn die Anlage an sich toll war, würden wir wahrscheinlich nicht noch mal buchen."
