„This was the second time staying at this property with my family. The house comfortably handled my gang of 24 people. Plenty of space on the first floor and enough beds for sleeping. The kitchen has everything we needed and plenty of toys and games for the kids. House keeping had the place very clean when we checked in. Plenty of lawn chairs provided. „We have stayed at this property multiple times & always find it well maintained & equipped. In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. Totally positive experiences. 5 stars“

„Carrie gets the 5 stars she was amazing and so accommodating! We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. “

„A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned. ...

„Communication with the host was very convenient and easy. Check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. The host is very responsive. The house was clean and ready for us and as advertised. The only criticism would be that the furnishings were well worn and could use replacing. We had a lovely stay there for a wedding and enjoyed the house very much. Thank you. “
