We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.“

„Perfect space for my husband, mother and I to stay while we visited our daughter. Great, safe location in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the water. The house is well-equipped with everything you need. Liz quickly responded to all of my messages and made us feel welcome.“

„The house was great. Very clean and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and we were minutes from stores and dining.I will say definitely bring your smallest vehicle. The driveway is very tight. Otherwise is was a relaxing stay and we had beautiful weather. “

„Our group of three couples enjoyed our stay very much. The spaciousness of the kitchen-dining and the living rooms are especially pleasant - full of windows, light, and view. Our only suggestion is to be very specific in your listing about the number and steepness of the stairs down to the beach and fire pit. One of our party temporarily has reduced mobility and felt the stairs were too challenging. “

„Carrie gets the 5 stars she was amazing and so accommodating! We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. “

„The little house got everything you need for gateway. The pool is awesome, the house is clean and cozy. It's close enough to drive to the town but away from noises and crowds. Highly recommend the place!“

„House was clean with well-stocked kitchen, plus hairdryer and clothing steamer, which was appreciated. Lots of extra towels and blankets, plus books and games and visitor guides for the area. So thoughtful! Short walk to the public beach was convenient, too. Highly recommend! Perfect location, only 10-15 min drive from downtown. Posted photos are very accurate. “

"Hotel ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht besonders sauber. Handtücher hatten Flecken, und das Personal war wenig motiviert. Für eine Nacht akzeptabel, aber kein Ort für einen längeren Aufenthalt. "
