„We absolutely loved this little cottage! Recently updated, clean and simple this property is just the right size for a couple, 2 couples or small family. We enjoyed being right on the river and especially enjoyed the newly installed deck. The cottage is quiet. We are nit fisherman or kyackers but the location, docks and available kyacjs are perfect for those who are. We would absolutely stay again!“

„This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. „We were in town for a wedding. It was chilly and raining so we didn't get to take advantage of the kayaks, etc. View was gorgeous and peaceful. Beds were comfy, lots of blanket options available, everything we needed (except for a baking pan- but aluminum foil was provided and did the trick). Me and my 4 kids 6yrs -22yrs were very comfortable at this location. We'd definitely stay again!“

„The property was clean and bright during the daytime. My only issue was that we arrived late at night and no outside lights were on. It took a few minutes to figure out thr correct door and get some lights on. We would stay here again. 8/8“

„Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. The beds are wonderful and the ceiling fans really cool the bedrooms well. I am already making plans to return next year! Thank you, for everything, Whitney!“

„The cottage was very cozy and had everything we needed. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from SLU, as we live several hours away in Massachusetts. Overall, it was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, it rained and was very cold while we were there, so I can’t comment on any of the water activities. The view from the deck is lovely! We saw a small beaver and a great blue heron.“

„We stayed a week and loved everything about the Hosts and cabin. Very clean and very accommodating . If you forgot to bring it, Dawn probably already has is there for you. Water, snacks, coffee, storage bags, you name it. They check in to make sure everything is ok, even give you places to try fishing. They truly are the best hosts we have ever had. I highly recommend a stay at their cabin. Water access is just a few steps away. “

„Nice indoor areas (Both spaces) Elders may have issue with Nightime potty trips from Bunkhouse.Overall a perfect place to stay for our Fishing Excursion....“

„We really loved the setting of the cabin. Boyd Pond is beautiful! We loved seeing critters outside, like geese and loons on the water. We made breakfasts in the kitchen and spent a lot of time looking out over the water both from the table and sitting on the deck. It was nice to watch TV at night and have a space of our own. “

„Amazing property right on the water! Great boat dock and the view from the deck is perfect. The property owner was great in answering questions and making sure everything went well. Highly recommend!!“

„This is the second time we visited the property and we already miss the cottage. The weather didnt cooperate this time around but we still had a blast fishing in the rain and exploring the area. They upgraded the dock which though unnecessary was outstanding. Cant wait to come.back again!“
