„House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. „This cottage is as charming as it looks in photos…warm, clean, cozy and rustic chic like something out of a home decor magazine. The host greeted us on arrival and graciously invited us to enjoy the entire pristine grounds during our stay, including the stunning pool/ patio at the main house adjacent to the cottage. She couldn’t have been sweeter and made herself available for anything we needed. We loved our stay at Whispering Estate and would definitely be back!“

„This was the perfect option for us for a nearby wedding. We ate twice at the River & Post (excellent) and went into Rhinebeck for the Sunday market. The property itself was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and plenty of seating options in the main room. The outside area was also a perfect place for coffee in the morning and we loved the chickens running around. Glenn could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!“

„Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. “

„We chose this property because of the age (1740s farmhouse) and convenient location in the southern Berkshires only 15 minutes or so from Great Barrington. The house did not disappoint. It is a very charming farmhouse in excellent condition for its age and with modern amenities. As we only had four adults, there was plenty of room to spread out. We found everything we were looking for, the sonos system worked like a charm and so did the hot tub.If there was one suggestion to the owner, the stair to the second floor should have a handrail for people that are not super mobile. Currently it is a steep stair without anything to hold on to. ...
