„This place had a very nice set up and was super clean. The host was the best!!! I had a problem with the code multiple times and she was on it! She had someone that took cared of it right away. She also drove out so late to change the code because it was not cooperating. The nicest lady and a perfect spot. The entire house as soon as you enter is to par. It's very spacious and comfortable. „This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00 ...

„This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.“

„We enjoyed our overnight stay at this quaint nicely appointed carriage house.“

„The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit.“

"The lady at the reception wanted to charge us an additional fee of 50% for an EARLY check-out. Not a LATE check-out, but an EARLY one. I have never seen a hotel like this in my entire life. In the end, her friendly colleague pointed out to her that such a policy makes absolutely no sense."

"The area around is not the best, but if you are aware, it’s nothing to complain about. In three minutes you can reach the metro an Manhatten is just a 25 minutes ride away. Breakfast is typical American, but still tasty. Especially good if you don’t want to search for Restaurants or Cafes as first activity in New York. Again, if you know what you booked, this hotel stands out. We were very happy and satisfied. "

"Die Unterkunft hat im großen und ganzen für uns gepasst! Wir waren 10 Nächte. Was wirklich stört ist das man die Zimmer Tür nicht leise zumachen kann. Darum bekommt man auf der ganzen Etage mit ,wenn wer das Zimmer verlässt! Tischtennis und Fußball Tisch existiert auch nicht,!"
