„We didn’t use the house for an event. Just a family get a way and this house has plenty of room for our multi generational family of 13. Lots of room and character. Was nice to gather together in the large dining room or on the front porch and watch the fishing boats, yachts and hunting osprey go by. “

„My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again.“

„This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.“

„I arrived in New York on 6-22-25 I requested the check in information in which the host refused to give. She stated the cleaner hadn't showed up to clean the property so she gave me another address. Well this place had multiple stairs and was located on the 2nd floor which couldn't accommodate the group I was with. „This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. "Für uns ein perfektes Hotel mit tadelloser Sauberkeit, sehr reichhaltigem Frühstück und bequemen Betten. Wir wurden dazu sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Umgebung ist noch okay, die Anbindung nach Manhattan über Express Subway Trains sehr gut."

"Ich hätte die Bewertungen anderer Gäste ernst nehmen sollen. Auch ich hatte zuerst ein Zimmer im 8.OG, das zum Nachbarzimmer durch eine dünne, nicht dichte Tür getrennt war. Erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage an der Rezeption war ein Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer möglich. Das Hotel MOCA im Norden von Manhattan liegt im Bereich des Gebietes "Little Dominican Republic", wo man besser Spanisch denn Englisch sprechen sollte. Vermutlich wird das Hotel von Nicht-US-Bürgern geführt. Im Bad musste ich für Dusche und Waschbecken das Wasser mehrere Minuten laufen lassen, damit das Wasser einigermaßen warm wurde, wobei die Dusche letztlich nur spärlich Wasser versprüht hat. Die Heizung hat trotz niedriger Außentemperaturen zeiweise nicht funktioniert. Es bedarf einer gewissen Resilienz, um es in dem Hotel fast zwei Wochen auszuhalten! "
