„Desolate area. Cabin was perfect size and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Cabin owners responded to questions and concern’s in a timely fashion. Had our two nine year old boys that couldn’t play on their tablets or video game consoles. I’ll just say if you have young kids with you “bring board games, bikes, scooters etc”.Overall we had a great time!“

„My in-laws an my husband were camping in Old Forge for years and this time we got back with our kids to show them Adirondack mountains. Everything was great! The property is big, clean and ready to accept renters. Large fire pit was the place for our evenings with kids and grandparents. The balcony was our place for breakfasts and dinners. Very homie atmosphere. Close proximity to Old Forge. Loved it and will be back for sure!“

„Could have been a 5 star rating but:1. we had to shovel 5 inches of snow from walkway and deck to get in the house2. Very small amount of toilet paper. Had to go to the store the first evening we arrived. 3. The request to leave an empty dishwater, beds stripped, garbage removed AND to take with us, and floors vacuumed and swept was a bit much. The house is very cute, comfortable and in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. “

„Our overall stay was good, we had great weather, and the top of the boat house was amazing with the views of the lake. When we first entered the home, it smelled very stale like the windows have not been open in months. We found a candle and opened the windows before the rest of the guests came. There absolutely needs to be more lights on the outside stairs at night. The stairs are steep, and we had to use our lights on our phones to go up and down the stairs at night. It’s dangerous. „We are a group of artists painting together in the Adirondacks for a week. It was the perfect size and price for us. The front porch was fantastic with its swing and lots of seating, up on a hill set back from the lake with a large house between the two. There is a walk through the woods to a dock that we swam from. The living room is the size of a tiny bedroom, it was disappointing but looking back at the photos it’s as they showed.
