„My family and I were delighted to stay at Dennis’ home while in the Capital Region. It really was perfect. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and located in a really nice area that despite seeming like a quiet suburb, was close to everything. While unpacking, one of the neighbors was watering his lawn and welcomed us to the area. „The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and very presentable. I booked it for my graduation and couldn’t have picked a better spot. It’s centrally located near the airport, the MVP Arena, and the State Capitol. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. „Lovely well maintained Victorian home on a corner lot. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and landscaping were nice. Two block walk to watch trains. Large dining and livingroom. „I loved the apartment - so nice. We didn't get to walk around the neighborhood but we did get to talk to one of the neighbors - she was great. She explained all about the parking rules in the neighborhood. It never occurred to us to ask. Due to a misunderstanding and a medical procedure that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, we could not climb stairs and needed to quickly get a room elsewhere. „1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. „This was a good deal for the location and space for my family’s stay. It was close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and overlooked Washington Park. AC window units and fans made it comfortable in the July heat. Street parking was made easy thanks to the host. “

„Alles genau wie abgebildet, etwas dunkel im Haus, da es im Wald steht, aber man kann einen kleinen Steg direkt unten am See nutzen. Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Haben uns eine kleine Bootstour über den See gegeben. Sehr gute Kommunikation!“

"The room was so dirty that the hotel should have been closed. We photographed everything! There were bed bugs! Mold in the ventilation! Dirty smeared mattresses! The floor was sticky and there were dried drinks stains. There were splashes of dirt on all the walls, everywhere! The bathroom was a horror and super disgusting! Toilet dirty, paint chipped off the walls. Shower defective and did not work! Dirty sink! We had booked the room for 2 nights but left immediately after the first night. This was an imposition and the health department and travel department should close this hotel! Wyndham shame on you for not living up to your name. We are happy to make all photos available!"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in Albany. Es ist alles gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war zwar klein, aber dafür gut. Das beste am Zimmer war der Fernseher und die Programmauswahl. So wünscht man sich das. Die Dusche hatte leider keinen ausreichenden Druck. Für 1 -3 Nächte ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. "
