„This is our second time staying here and we love it!“

„The cottage was very cozy and had everything we needed. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from SLU, as we live several hours away in Massachusetts. Overall, it was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately, it rained and was very cold while we were there, so I can’t comment on any of the water activities. The view from the deck is lovely! We saw a small beaver and a great blue heron.“

Nice back porch with view of the river. Very responsive and friendly host. Good kitchen. Also nice to have two bathrooms. Owner plans to make some needed cosmetic updates to the bathroom. But it was perfectly adequate. Would definitely go back again!“

„We have been renting lake houses throughout the Finger Lakes and ADK’s and this one was the best! The lake itself is clean, peaceful and quiet. The house offered it all- it was clean, had 4 legitimate bedrooms, a bunk bed room for the kids, an open finished basement, extra refrigerator downstairs with newer appliances throughout the house. „The property was clean and bright during the daytime. My only issue was that we arrived late at night and no outside lights were on. It took a few minutes to figure out thr correct door and get some lights on. We would stay here again. 8/8“

„This was a lovely spot. It was a bit chilly when the weather was bleak but the dock was a wonderful place to hang out when the sun came out. Loved our stay. Good location for a Clarkson graduation celebration.“

„Nice place with entertainment for all“

„We really loved the setting of the cabin. Boyd Pond is beautiful! We loved seeing critters outside, like geese and loons on the water. We made breakfasts in the kitchen and spent a lot of time looking out over the water both from the table and sitting on the deck. It was nice to watch TV at night and have a space of our own. “

„Amazing property right on the water! Great boat dock and the view from the deck is perfect. The property owner was great in answering questions and making sure everything went well. Highly recommend!!“
