„Stay here! Polly is an absolute pro at taking care of her guests. The apartment is thoughtfully outfitted with everything you could need and it’s so well maintained and spotless. She was great about communicating about check-in and check-out. She even graciously let us keep our car parked in the lot after check out so we could take one last stroll down to the lake. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet her and her 2 adorable adopted foster dogs:)“

„Absolutely stunning house and views. The hosts are amazing. If you forgot it they uave it. Everything was stocked full. Thank you for the experience. “

„Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!“

„The decor and cleanliness that the hosts provided was everything we needed to make our stay in Dunkirk meaningful and pleasant. The view of the beach from the back porch was exquisite with excellent views of the Lake Erie sunset. The walking path in the Point Gratiot park is accessible and is short distance from the driveway. I plan to return next year!“

„Das Haus ist halt schon alt, insb die Elektronik ist abenteuerlich.Aber es war alles ordentlich, der Vermieter war äußerst zuvorkommend.Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am See, toll.Der See war stark mit Algen belastet.Was mir nicht klar war: Wir hatten das ganze Erdgeschoss für uns, aber über uns wohnten mehrere Dauermieter.Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.“

The large living room and back porch both provided great spaces for gathering and time together. The nearby town of Ellicottville (about 11 minutes away) offers numerous walkable restaurants and shops.The listing, as far as I have found, does not include very many details about the air conditioning. "Das 3-Sterne-Hotel hat uns insgesamt wegen des eigenen Parkplatzes, der guten Ausstattung des sehr freundlichen Rezeptionsservices und des sehr guten Frühstücksangebotes gut gefallen. Besonders loben möchten wir das gute und leckere Frühstücksbuffet und den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Küchenmitarbeiter und die kostenlose 24-Stunden Kaffee- und Teestation im Aufenthaltsraum. Auch das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Negativ möchten wir die fehlende Zimmerreinigung bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt hervorheben. Nur an einem Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, als ich es ausdrücklich an der Rezeption erbeten hatte. Obwohl ein gutes Trinkgeld mit einem Zettel "Thank You" im Zimmer lag wurde es in den nächsten Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht einmal der Mülleimer geleert. Schade!"
