„Lovely cottage full of beautiful furnishings and art, adding a warm, cozy, and inspiring atmosphere. Host was so accommodating and made sure every convenience was available. Nearby Letchworth State Park was beautiful, full of scenic waterfalls and hiking trails. Hope to visit again, perhaps in the Fall!“

„This spacious cottage home has five bedrooms, four of which have room AC. Any kitchen utensil imaginable is provided. The shaded patio with a ceiling fan allows comfortable outdoor dining. The owner is responsive to any questions. We used the kayaks and canoe provided daily. We loved our 3 weeks on the lake!“

„We loved it!! My family of 4 needed a getaway from the city and this place was 5/5! So relaxing. The views are incredible. There is a kayak and stand up paddleboard that we used. Relaxed and played board games. BBQ and swam right off dock. TY for being such amazing hosts. “

„We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. „Beautiful, new, sparking clean log cabin home in a shady lot on a easy access country lane. Convenient quick access to scenic highway I-86, 390. Excellent high quality features and appliances throughout. Large spruce trees outside with bird feeders. Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls.“

Comfortably designed with multiple living spaces so you can have more than 1 movie or tv show playing in the evening or on a rainy afternoon. Small deck to kick back on and grill up a steak. Modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. (Bring your own condiments but it has a nice spice rack!) King size bed in 1 ...

„Very clean, perfect for our two nights. The check in was easy and fast, and when we locked ourselves out, it took minutes for us to get rescued! Thank you again for that!The kitchen was great, loved the easy coffee maker! I only drink tea and used it for hot water, my husband could make coffee in it just as easy. Our hosts were great, left the AC on high for us, and let us check in an hour early. “

„'The Tenant House' is such a cozy farmhouse, really within minutes from Canandaigua. Communication with Beth was super easy as we had a change the number of adults staying for one night. The house was very clean. Beth greeted us when we arrived and even offered fresh vegetables from her garden. The bottles of water were welcomed as the temperature was very hot in July.
