„My in-laws an my husband were camping in Old Forge for years and this time we got back with our kids to show them Adirondack mountains. Everything was great! The property is big, clean and ready to accept renters. Large fire pit was the place for our evenings with kids and grandparents. The balcony was our place for breakfasts and dinners. Very homie atmosphere. Close proximity to Old Forge. Loved it and will be back for sure!“

„Were surprised about the distance to infrastructure like supermarkets. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. Nearby pub is very nice.“

„Could not have gone better! Thank you!“

„Could have been a 5 star rating but:1. we had to shovel 5 inches of snow from walkway and deck to get in the house2. Very small amount of toilet paper. Had to go to the store the first evening we arrived. 3. The request to leave an empty dishwater, beds stripped, garbage removed AND to take with us, and floors vacuumed and swept was a bit much. The house is very cute, comfortable and in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. “

When we first entered the home, it smelled very stale like the windows have not been open in months. We found a candle and opened the windows before the rest of the guests came. There absolutely needs to be more lights on the outside stairs at night. The stairs are steep, and we had to use our lights on our phones to go up and down the stairs at night. It’s dangerous. A little bit of Netflix and PBS kids when it was particularly rainy over the weekend, as well as the suitcase-full of games the kids brought with us. „The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! From the moment I walked in my mouth was on the floor. The attention to detail is incredible at this place and has everything that anyone could want in a luxurious Adirondack cabin! The rooms were exceptional and very clean. The decorating was stunning! We loved the gas burning fireplace and heated plunge pool! The house was literally across the street from trail five and right next to the lake. Which made our trip Snowmobiling so easy and convenient. ...

„We had a lovely week in this beautiful lakeside cottage. Gorgeously decorated, clean and well maintained. Well-stocked kitchen and a grill that is nicer than ours at home. Temperature was comfortable indoors and the firepit and waterfront were great for nights by the fire. My husband was even able to bring and park his boat there! We are excited to come back again! “

„Great cabin for a stay in the Adirondacks. Close to Old Forge its lake and attractions, as well a great jumping off point for travel further into the mountains.
