„The renter was extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make the whole process easy and stress-free. The kitchen, though small, had most of the amenities required to prepare meals readily available. For our purposes, the location was ideal to navigate to multiple places of interest. “

„We stayed 3 nites.This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very clean, Perfect amount of space, we prepared dinner on the grill 1st nite and we used the kitchen stove the 2nd nite. We liked the screened in porch. Good hangout for us and the dog. My husbanc had the knowledge to run the generator, the battery pack and all the other ways to maintain a great stay. I we come around again we would definately stay again. Thankyou and Peace“

„The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back ...

„Great property“

„Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. “

„This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. “

„Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us ...

„Our stay was perfect! The beautiful home met all our needs and the private lake access was amazing! Our host was welcoming and made us feel at “home away from home”. We shared fun swimming, kayaking, fishing, playing yard games, cooking meals and even puzzling. Morning coffee sitting on the dock was so peaceful. We made many forever family memories!“

„This property was perfect for our family of 6 coming in town to visit family for the 4th of July. Just a few minutes from the grocery story and nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool was a great bonus and well maintained. Definitely recommend! Our hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with!“
