„This is a welcoming and comfy place to come for a visit to the races or just to hang out in Saratoga Springs. We took an uber to the track (1.5 mile) and the walked home. Perfect location. We spent a day at the battlefield and touring the town. Ryan's place was the place to kick back and relax and enjoy. The bed is AMAZING and other littl touches make it our new favorite place to stay!“

„I was this had nit had a review in a few years so i was kinda nervous but decided to give it a shot nonetheless. Im so glad we did. It was perfect. It was clean and updated (maybe since previous reviews?) And just the right size for the the 4 of us, which included a 16yr old and 14yr pld boy. The boys loved the fishing and caught quite a few good sized fish and used just about every vessal at their disposal. It was so beautiful, peaceful and just what we needed for a regharge! Highly recomend ...

„The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip! “

„House was perfect for 3 people for two nights. Screened in porch was nice for when it rained. Bedding area in loft area is more for children, ceiling is low.“

„Our family of 4 really enjoyed our weekend stay at the Grand Mare Vanderbilt. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Owners are great communicators! Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy. The building is located on a lovely tree lined street and an easy walk to and from downtown Saratoga. “

„Location, location, location ! This place has a perfect location we parked our car on Wednesday and didn’t move it until we left. The place is nicely appointed and the host was responsive and friendly. Place is perfect for 2 people. The listing says it sleeps 4 but the bathroom in “en-suite “, and the bedroom door doesn’t close because the bed is too large for the small room. So it really doesn’t accommodate 2 couples. “

"The room was so dirty that the hotel should have been closed. We photographed everything! There were bed bugs! Mold in the ventilation! Dirty smeared mattresses! The floor was sticky and there were dried drinks stains. There were splashes of dirt on all the walls, everywhere! The bathroom was a horror and super disgusting! Toilet dirty, paint chipped off the walls. Shower defective and did not work! Dirty sink! We had booked the room for 2 nights but left immediately after the first night. This was an imposition and the health department and travel department should close this hotel! Wyndham shame on you for not living up to your name. We are happy to make all photos available!"
