„The Graoe Escape was exactly what we were looking for. It is camping without the tent! The view was wonderful, woke up and went to sleep with sounds of nature. Even in the rain it was a perfect getaway. Dave was quick to respond when we had a question and went above and beyond for our stay! Would recommend and stay again. “

„The cottage was in a good location to get to things around Keuka and Seneca lakes. Having access to the water was a great plus. The host gave very good directions for how to find the driveway to the cottage and the best road to take to get to it as it was a bit hidden and Google maps always directed to go on a different road. We also enjoyed the lack of TV/electronics as it was a good way to enjoy the scenery and unplug for the weekend. We did have to bring our own linens and towels which would ...

„Amazing house with all the necessities and rooms we needed to celebrate a girls weekend and turning 60! We lived on the covered outdoor patio (a huge plus) when we weren't touring all the local wineries. Not enough days to do everything we wanted, but the location was perfect! The region is stunning and we are already planning a trip back! Thanks for offering your beautiful home!“

„The cabin was beautiful and deck was amazing with incredible views. Joey our host was informative and responsive. We loved the location. Downside was the driveway could not even drive up it after 2 attempts parked on the street. The driveway is steeper than pictures show.“

„The frog house was better than expected. Though it is an off grid property, it had all the amenities we needed, from plenty of lights to a charging station for our phone to firewood. It was impeccably clean and the location was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. “

„My wife and I stayed at the house with our 3 grown children for a long weekend . The house is very spacious and provided ample family time but also privacy when needed. Everything was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Great location with nice view of the lake.Highly recommend it!“

„Adorable little cottage. It rained all wknd, so after hiking my pups and I relaxed in front of the fire and watched some Netflix. Even with the fog, the views in the backyard were stunning. I hope to return in the fall.“

„Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! “

"Spacious and clean room, sufficient parking space and good breakfast w/o extra charge, WLAN working w/o problems. Great waterfalls nearby. Only thing one shouldn't expect is modern equipment, condition rather out of date and old. Stayed one night and would stay again."
