„Property is a great location for an event at HighMark Stadium. House was clean. The house has some ware and tare but overall worked out great for what we needed. Back patio wasn’t setup when we were there. The price was right for the property.“

„We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. He answered any questions I had within 1-3 minutes and was so kind. The apartment was clean, very cozy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great every night. „Reasonable price. Close enough to Niagara Falls for a quick night trip to see the lights. Only concern (complaint) is the tight fit to get to the one toilet … tub wall corner and corner of the sink(on the opposite side) doesn’t allow a pregnant woman to pass freely. Fortunately she was able to stand on her tippy toes to pass.“

„Much brighter than expected from pictures. Delightful home. Back deck and gas fire pit an unexpected bonus. Entry step a little high if you have weak legs. Has everything needed...including oil, vinegar, and select spices. Standard drip coffee maker with k cup coffemaker attached. We did use a vase to make oj 😄 “

„Had a pleasant 2-night stay here! We loved how clean and organized the house was - even the cupboards and fridge. The bed was very cozy although quite firm. The view of the lake and sunset, and proximity to the park beach is great. Polly is very accommodating and includes delicious teas and coffees with your stay.“

We had a little issue on the first day but the owner took care of it right away and even gave us use of the Suite at no extra charge for the weekend for our inconvenience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there is absolutely no water pressure. Showers were quite a challenge. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.“

"Das 3-Sterne-Hotel hat uns insgesamt wegen des eigenen Parkplatzes, der guten Ausstattung des sehr freundlichen Rezeptionsservices und des sehr guten Frühstücksangebotes gut gefallen. Besonders loben möchten wir das gute und leckere Frühstücksbuffet und den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Küchenmitarbeiter und die kostenlose 24-Stunden Kaffee- und Teestation im Aufenthaltsraum. Auch das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Negativ möchten wir die fehlende Zimmerreinigung bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt hervorheben. Nur an einem Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, als ich es ausdrücklich an der Rezeption erbeten hatte. Obwohl ein gutes Trinkgeld mit einem Zettel "Thank You" im Zimmer lag wurde es in den nächsten Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht einmal der Mülleimer geleert. Schade!"
