„We booked because our grandson was playing in Cooperstown All Star Village!!! Go Currituck Thunder for winning the monster bracket championship!! The drive back and forth to field wasn’t bad at all!! It was nice coming back in the evenings and feeling like you’re at home. House stocked nicely and host were awesome!! Let us in early and responded very quickly with any questions I had!! Thank you for sharing your home with us on such a special special week of baseball!!“

„The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.“

„The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. “

„Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. „Plenty of room for multiple families. Very convenient location for All Star Village, about 5 minutes away. Great outdoor environment. Interior could use some upgrading, limited TVs and functionality. Overall great place and would recommend.“

„We stayed here for our son’s tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park. It was a little hard to find at first, but Antonietta was great and met us at the road. Then showed us how to get to the cabin. It is certainly isolated and beautiful. The cabin itself is amazing, comfy, and equipped with everything you need. It felt like home away from home. We happened to show up during the worst heat wave in some time and Antonietta was able to accommodate us with ac units for each bedroom upstairs. So ...

„Cabin was clean and fit our family. Shelly was open with communication and prompt. Air conditioning was portable units. There was not central air or window units, however, the temperature was comfortable. We stayed for a baseball tournament in Cooperstown. Fields were approximately 20 minutes away. We would recommend these accomodations“
