„This is property is the perfect quiet little getaway. Country area with beautiful views of the lake, the woods, the farms. Out in the middle of nowhere, (which is exactly what we were looking for) but 30 minutes or less from just about anything you can imagine, Lakes, wineries, breweries, Syracuse,etc. Will definitely be visiting again!“

„What a great spot! We really enjoyed breakfast on the enclosed porch, sitting on the beach, watching birds go by and generally relaxing. It did take us a little time to figure out the HVAC, but once we had it dialed in we were good. Excellently stocked kitchen with all of the pots and pans you could need. No basics (salt, pepper, oil, etc) so we bought our own, which was not a big deal. Only challenge was the nice-looking knives were not at all useful. If those could get updated I'm sure others ...

„We had a nice weekend in this cozy space in a converted industrial setting, on a shared property with other units, which overlooks a man made pond on 150 private acres. The unit is rustic and well decorated, and had the basics for what we needed for a weekend getaway. “

„We stayed at this spacious and charming home to celebrate my son's graduation from Syracuse University, and it was the perfect choice. With nine of us in the group, the house had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. „We had a really enjoyable weekend. It is under 20 mins from Skaneateles and is an easy drive. The place is very cozy and has a wonderful View of Owasco Lake. It had everything we needed at a very affordable rate.“

„The house was a short drive from the Syracuse campus. We enjoyed the beautiful views and comfortable rooms. Beak and Skiff was very close by and made for a great afternoon outing! Wish we had more time to enjoy the area!“

„Each summer our family looks forward to one or two gatherings at different locations with in the region.This years selection on the Seneca River focused on location to water with all the property amenities offered. While the weather did not co operate the accommodations exceeded expectations.My grandson loves to fish and he caught a lot of big fish and he wants to go back.“

„Plenty of room at the house for six adults. Property provided great views at sunset and a great place to have a campfire. We were able to moor our pontoon boat right to the sea wall. House was clean and bathrooms updated. Great bargain for the area.“
