„We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. „the stay was nice.. i was a little confused because i thought the one room had a bunk bed with a queen sized bed as bottom bed but know no garbage bags no book with directions on how to get on internet or what was expected to do before we left. There was no number to reach incase of an emergency. the caps on the porch railing kept coming off“

„Had a pleasant 2-night stay here! We loved how clean and organized the house was - even the cupboards and fridge. The bed was very cozy although quite firm. The view of the lake and sunset, and proximity to the park beach is great. Polly is very accommodating and includes delicious teas and coffees with your stay.“

„This is a great place for a single or couple!! Clean and absolutely as described / photographed. It is an easy 15 min drive over the Highmark Stadium, or whatever it may be called by the time you read this. „This is a very cool property rich in history with an awesome view directly on Lake Erie. We stayed an entire month & it was very accommodating for long term stays. We stayed in the large 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. There is also a smaller 1 bedroom apartment upstairs which we saw and was very cool as well. „The house has a lot of character, is very unique, quirky and eccentric. It was a little too old fashioned/crammed for our taste, but our children loved it and thought it was magical! "Das 3-Sterne-Hotel hat uns insgesamt wegen des eigenen Parkplatzes, der guten Ausstattung des sehr freundlichen Rezeptionsservices und des sehr guten Frühstücksangebotes gut gefallen. Besonders loben möchten wir das gute und leckere Frühstücksbuffet und den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Küchenmitarbeiter und die kostenlose 24-Stunden Kaffee- und Teestation im Aufenthaltsraum. Auch das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Negativ möchten wir die fehlende Zimmerreinigung bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt hervorheben. Nur an einem Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, als ich es ausdrücklich an der Rezeption erbeten hatte. Obwohl ein gutes Trinkgeld mit einem Zettel "Thank You" im Zimmer lag wurde es in den nächsten Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht einmal der Mülleimer geleert. Schade!"
