„We felt so welcome here between the hosts and the feel of the house itself. We were visiting family for the holidays and it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to call home for a week. „Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. „I loved it! It's not the Hilton, but it was absolutely PERFECT for me, my brother, and cousin. The neighborhood is super nice -- clean, quiet, SAFE. Very convenient to my relatives in Utica and Rome. There are a few things I would suggest to make it even better, but nothing major I would definitely book it again. Thank you for a great stay!!“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Not only is the suite homey and comfortable, but it's within easy walking distance of downtown Clinton and less than 5 minutes' drive from Hamilton College. Our hostess, Dianne, was friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm sure we'll be back!“

„I felt I had an entire house to myself. Just beautiful. Very clean, comfortable and private. Morning scones were a treat. I just wasn’t sure which entrance to use. Loved the red poppies. I went home and preferred some for my garden. “

„My family came there from MD for our father’s funeral and the location was perfect. The house was just perfect. Loved that we all had our room with tv and full kitchen and comfortable living room for hanging out. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.“

„This property was charming and looked like the description. There were only 2 of us but I could see how it would work for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is fully stocked. The outside property is spacious and the fire pit was an added bonus. It's right outside of Hamilton, NY which is a cute town and host to Colgate University. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling through Upstate. It has a relaxing vibe and is a comfortable place to chill.“

„We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone.“

„Worked perfectly with what we needed. Stayed with 3 kids and 4 adults and still have room to spare. Loved the quiet area with a short walk to the lake, cafe and restaurants. Host responded promptly and worked with our schedule. Thank you! “

"Dieses charmante Hotel in Cazenovia ist rechts und links umgeben von kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. In der "altenglisch" eingerichteten Lobby loderten die Kamine. Es gibt im Hotel ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, welches wir nicht aufgesucht haben. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Im Zimmer ließen sich die Fenster öffen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen."

"Нет микроволновки, за ее нахождение в номере надо было брать другой номер. На рецепшен ее тоже нет. Ремонт не делали 20 лет. Коврам лет по 15, за эти деньги - просто кошмар. Более или менее чисто, но никогда больше."
