The weather was very cold during our stay so the cabin was on the cool side but sleeping loft was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!“

We were pleasantly surprised how close it was to Olean NY. We enjoyed the views and quaintness the cottage offered. We’re definitely considering coming back for the next family reunion. „Nice clean house in a nice neighborhood to just go for a walk.. This was a short drive to ski slopes. Kitchen had a small garbage can, so we utilized a springform laundry basket we had and bought clips to attach a garbage bag to it. “

„Mike is a great host that responds immediately. We were looking for a rustic getaway in the woods that was pet friendly to bring our beloved dog. We enjoyed the yard games, firepit, walking in the creek/woods, and just hanging out in peace and quiet. “

„The house was perfect for celebrating my son's birthday with family and friends. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone to fit comfortably. Having the hot tub and pool table was great since the weather didnt cooperate. Would definitely stay here again.“

„This old home provides more than ample space for your group to sleep. It is an old home though and the showers have little water pressure. Hot tub is a very nice place to wind down after a long day on the slopes. The room with some table games is an unheated space that is too cold too spend time in during the winter months.
