The house sits two houses in from train tracks and is on the flight path to the airport but after a day we didn’t notice it anymore. Very cute neighborhood and easy walk to restaurants. „The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. “
