„We couldn’t get into the apartment. There was NO host we could communicate with!!!! No parking area. And on a Very nosy intersection. Worst experience ever “

„We truly enjoyed our stay at the 12th street retreat! We came in town for our daughter’s graduation! The house was very cozy and it had everything we needed! The hostess was very attentive! I would rate it 10/10. If you come to Tifton, give it a try! Very well decorated!! “

„Wonderful place to stay! The apartment was completely remodeled and updated. I loved the thoughtful touches of the old fashioned door knobs set in the new doors, and the brick exposed step leading to the bedroom, which remain true to the character of the building. We enjoyed being right in town so we could walk to the shops, the coffee shop, and Three Crazy Bakers was less than a block away, and it was delicious. We brought desserts home with us. We will stay here again!“

„the property was clean and had everything we needed. We did not know the area well so were unsure of the area. It was a little further than we had hoped to where we were going but everything worked out. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to finish a wedding cake. “

„We were in Fitzgerald for a family funeral. Our family needed and deserved a getaway. But also we needed a place to call home for a few days. We all enjoyed a little nature before and after the funeral and our days there became a bit of healing time though we didnt expect or plan on it. Our host's communication was excemebt. „This was the perfect end to a busy spring break! We were looking for a quiet weekend to just enjoy family and this was a hidden gem with great opportunity! Mr Wesley was easy to contact with any questions regarding travel plans and was helpful each time. The location is between various towns that had activities to explore.
