„Best hosts ever. Was greeted by owner's father and mother. We were shown the property and asked if we wanted a fire lit while we were out seeing the ruins. And we had a warm cozy home to return to. Homemade marmalade, wonderful cheese and meats. Homemade pound cake, good thing we only stayed one night we could get fat.“

Francisco did everything he could to get the place cleaned and ready for us early. They also went the extra effort to confirm our arrival before we checked in. “

„Hemos pasado unos días en familia estupendos. La casa es cómoda, amplia, todo estaba muy limpio y muy completa en el menaje. La Lapa es un pueblo muy tranquilo desde el que parten unas rutas muy recomendables y está a tan solo 10 minutos en coche de Zafra. Agustín ha sido un anfitrión excepcional que nos ha facilitado la estancia. Con seguridad repetiremos.“

There was a mix up somehow on the property we had rented and I’m not sure what exactly went wrong but the hosts had this property available and moved us to this one. "Das Hotel liegt am Fluss, am Rande der Altstadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es mir etwas Glück in der "Zona Blanca" rund ums Hotel. Der Check in war schnell und freundlich. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im vierten Stock. Bequeme Betten, Kissenauswahl und eine angenehm leise Klimaanlage. Alles sehr sauber. Nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück ist über dem Spanien Standard, was die Auswahl und Qualität angeht. Fazit: mit dem Hotel kann man nichts falsch machen."

"Ein nicht so gut erwartetes 3 Sterne Hotel. Alles war perfekt, außer das es keine Erläuterungen - zumindest in Englisch- gab. Auch haben wir ein Komplettangebot für das Frühstück vermisst. Man musste selbst aus einer Spanischkarte aus Einzelteilen sein Frühstück zusammensetzen. Aber immer mit freundlicher Hilfe durch das Personal. Würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten, wenn ich in der Gegend wäre. Zumal die Wege nach Badajoz oder Merida kurz sind."
