„This worked great for us. We had 5 people staying, 4 players and a caddie. Our tee times were spread over the entire day. Thursday we had 8:00, 10:20, 11:50 and 2;00 and the second day 8:00, 12:00, 1:20 and 2:20. So the late ones got to sleep in. Pretty much just sleeping and a shower was all we needed “

„Nice home in a nice location. We were in town for a Sioux City Musketeers Futures camp and were only 10 minutes away from those events. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sioux City. “

Obviously a lot of work and care has gone into remodeling this home - we will definitely stay again and it will be fun to see this property develop even more the next time! “

„This house was perfect for us. We stayed for a week and wanted to be secluded and wanted a place where several kids of all ages could run and play outside. The size was perfect. The beds were perfect. The outside area and pond were perfect. Absolutely would stay again.“

„Overall the stay was just fine and was what I expected. I was a little concerned after I had sent a couple of messages to the owner and I didn't hear back but eventually I did and all went well, check in was also easy. I would have been nice to better understand that there are two units in this house. I did read there were shared spaces but wasn't really sure what that meant until we got there and there were two units. To be clear, we had our own secured unit. Beds were clean and ...

„As my title says.... the pictures dont do the property justice. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchen has every pot, pan, and cooking utensil a guy could ask for. The bed is quality. The only thing that I believe is missing, is a couch. There is a chair and a loveseat.It would be nice to lay on a couch and watch TV.“
