„Wir earen zwei Nächte im Hotel und waren angenehm über die Zimmergröße überrascht. Das Zimmer war ein großes Appartment ( Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad). Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker. Dad Hotel liegt etwas abseits, sehr nahe zum strand. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat kann es sehr laut werden.“

„Das Hotel ist 'leicht in die Jahre' gekommen. Nach dem Ende des 'Bürgerkrieges' haben die Preise in Sri Lanka EXTREM angezogen und ich denke, dass man die Schraube schon überdreht hat. Es kommen immer weniger Deutsche, hört man von allen Seiten...!! In Thailand kann man, bei besserem Komfort und niedrigeren Preisen, ebenfalls Urlaub in dem Tropen machen...!!“

„Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . “

„The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. “

„Deva the caretaker made the difference. He was fantastic. A very caring man. The owner Dinesh and his wife very responsive and we felt so comfortable going forth our chosen residence in Colombo. We have stayed at the Hilton, Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury , Cinnamon Lake etc. but this is the place to stay. 10/10“

„We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time.“

„I needed a private apartment in Colombo for a week, in Thimbirigasyaya, near SSC, Colpetty, Bambalapitiya and Wellawatte. It comes furnished and has a separate garage for parking a reasonably sized car. It is large and airy, with plenty of light, curtains, and has several overhead fans in addition to very good A/C and Wi-Fi throughout. Cathedral ceilings provide plenty of air circulation. The king size bed was superb with excellent mattress, clean sheets and covers and several new pillows. There ...
