This home is close to any location for groceries and or food and drinks also is available for a dog park if you have animals This home is amazing it came with a game room a garage and all I can say is it’s simply amazing “

„This was a weekend get away for me and my adult sons. I had spent a lot of time in WV (mostly caving) when I was in my 20's like them and love the area. We had a wonderful time and the Bear Valley Cabin was our home away from home. The house had everything we needed including a grill for our foil packs and steaks, a fire pit to sit around at night as well as the chairs with oil lamp to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds in the morning and evening. „First, Jeff is an amazing host. So much thought put into his guests comfort and feeling of “home”. Our group absolutely loved it. So clean, cozy, and functional!! It was convenient to everything we needed to have access too and the back yard was amazing for watching wildlife! We would definitely stay here again! “

„We stayed here overnight to break up a long drive. It's a nice apartment with enough space that we could (all 4 of us) have some private space to decompress and relax before continuing on our travels. The property was easy to get to, and Morgantown was a nice place to make a stop and have a short visit. We loved the artwork in the apartment. Communication and check-in/check-out were great. “

„We had a great time, plenty of space to spread out. Only warning would be , be ready for stairs! So easy to get to the Lake House for dinner and drinks...and easy on and off 68 to get other places quickly. “

„We traveled from Michigan to West Virginia for a friend’s wedding. This was a perfect location for us to the church and reception. Four of us stayed and the 2 bd/ 2 bath worked out great. “

„Stayed at the Escape Pod while helping our son move into his apartment in Morgantown. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The pod is such a unique, fun place to stay. Loved the attention to detail throughout. Comfy beds, great kitchen, lots of outdoor seating. The hot tub is a great extra. Will definitely stay again!“

„We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room ...

„The house has everything you need and then some. We enjoyed floating the river. We had 2 vehicles and our own tubes. Start at the bridge and float to the house or start at the house and float to the park. Either way you’ll have a blast. Then enjoy a bonfire and roast some marshmallows. “

„Murph's place was everything the description said it is. It was a perfect place for us to relax in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked. We ended up making a contest with our friends to find all the hidden Disney references. Some are easy to spot, but others are more subtle. Thanks for letting us stay here. “
