„Great rental for a group of 9 fisherman to enjoy the weekend. The dock is good but for my boat it has to be high tide to use, we did have access to the deepwater ramp on cedar island with this rental. Plenty of space for grilling and chilling. We enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole boards as well.We plan to stay there again in the near future.“

„Such a charming neighborhood! My eight year old loved the petting zoo, playground and pool. The neighbors were so friendly. It was a short trip for us as we had some things to do in another town but would love to go back and fully enjoy all the amenities and spend some time on the river. The house was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and reading.“

„When with family, its always a great trip. An extremely comfortable king mattress in the Master bedroom down stairs. The house features full bath in all 4 bedrooms. Beautiful Large dining Room table that sits 10. Large family room, large front and back porched. Additional 6 chairs with table on back porch. Centrally located in the Landings. It was perfect for our family.“

„First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. “
