„Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. “

""I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, but what truly saved my trip was the incredible service at the front desk. On the second day of my vacation, I encountered a major problem with my rental car. Since my English isn't strong enough for complicated phone calls, I would have been completely lost without help. ALICIA and CHRISTY went above and beyond by taking over the entire organization. They handled all the phone calls with the rental agency, arranged for a replacement, and were even personally present during the car handover to ensure everything went smoothly. Without their warm and dedicated support, my holiday would have been ruined. I cannot thank them enough from the bottom of my heart. This kind of service is rare to find—two wonderful ladies who perform their jobs with genuine passion! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone." Hope we see us again!"
