„House was good. Well laid out rooms, good space and well kitted out. Was exactly what we needed for a 40somethings friends weekend away. House is clean and decor is fine, although does look like someone has ram raided Dunelm and then scattergunned it all over. Quite a lot of peeling wallpaper and tired wall art. We enjoyed the stay and then the owner decided to try and scam us out of our deposit for a "broken chair". A chair which wasn't even there. Its in the advertised photos but we never saw ...

„We needed a spot near the train station to catch an early train in the morning. It is an easy 8 to 10 minute walk to the station. The room is simple, but well furnished, and plenty of space for two people. Nice bathroom, good shower. There is a functional kitchen with some basics if you want to cook your own food, and there are many restaurants within a very short walk if you want just a quick bite. Good value for money, perfect for what we wanted.“

"Alles in allem würde ich 6 bis 7 Sterne vergeben wenn es Möglich wäre. Der Empfang beim Einchecken war bereits weit über jegliche Erwartung. Wir waren gute 5 Stunden zu früh dran, hatten inständig darauf gehofft unser Gepäck unterstellen zu können, doch weit gefehlt. Gepäck abgeben, Frühstücken und die Zimmerkarten an den Frühstückstisch gebracht bekommen war die Realität, das ganze mit einem Lächeln und ohne extra Kosten. Auch das Frühstücksteam eine wahre Wucht an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Besonderen Dank möchte wir hier Uma aussprechen, die einem wirklich jeden Morgen persönlich begrüßt hat und alles gegeben hat ohne Aufdringlich zu sein. Auch unser Wunsch nach einer Möglichen hohen Etage wegen Ausblick wurde ohne zucken umgesetzt. Hier sind es wirklich die kleinen Dinge neben den Standards die dieses Hotel und Team herausragen lässt. Einfach nur Top."

"Wir hatten kein Frühstück, weil wir am Morgen nach Hause flogen. Das Zimmer war ok mit allem Nötigen. Es hatte aber viel zu wenig normale Steckdosen. Die Garderobe des Spas war ziemlich schmutzig mit einem regelrechten See vor den Schliessfächern. Es hatte viele Parkplätze und 2 Ladestationen für Elektroautos, die aber ziemlich versteckt waren. Für den Preis, den wir zahlten, war das Hotel ok. "

"Das Hotel liegt gut zentral gelegen. Ideal für Städtetrips. Ich durfte schon um 12 statt 15 Uhr einchecken, weil mein Zimmer schon fertig war. Habe dpontan am nächsten Morgen noch das Frühstück dazugebucht, hat nur 10 Pfund gekostet und war ausreichend. Für meinen nächsten Trip nach Birmingham würde ich wieder dueses Hotel wählen ✌️☺️"
