„First pulling up on the property I was ready for a relaxing weekend. The 3rd floor porch was an outstanding spot to look over the river. The dock brings you right into the water. When you are looking at the house from the dock it looks like an estate. The neighbors were nice and helped with directions and closest stores. I recommend to get everything needed on the way in. “

„The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again.“

„Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. “

„If you want to disconnect from the city this is the perfect place. You can appreciate and feel the nature around you. The hot tube and the shower are amazing. Only complain is for the bathrooms that don’t have A/C and during the day was very hot inside. “

„Reminiscent of Grandparents Lake House/Hunting Cabin, on beautiful/scenic location with lots of deer and other wildlife around. The local Park Access Keys, that comes with rental, provided a Huge plus for us and we also launched our Kayak from them. No kayaks here or access right now from backyard creek to Santa Fe river, as trees blocking/down creek but was easy and very close to transport to local launch areas. No wifi but We have AT&T and with our phone hotspot were able to connect and watch ...

„This home was perfect for our family of six, five adults and one teen. Very functional and beautiful. The view of the river from the dock was serene and morning coffee on the porch was a great way to start the day. Captain Cas was easily reached by text. Definitely would stay here again. “

Personal ist leider nicht qualiziert und nicht im geringsten kundenfreundlich: Check-in dauerte wegen eines Abrechnungsproblems mit Expedia mehr als 90 Minuten; Zimmer wurde in dieser Zeit trotz Vorauszahlung nicht gewährt; keinerlei Entgegenkommen des unerfahrenen Personals am Frontdesk. Frühstück ist à la Carte und überteuert, wenn nicht "inklusive". "
