„This adorable, cozy cottage was perfect for our family getaway to Montauk. We have tried various rentals and hotels each summer and Robert’s cottage was by far our favorite. It fit our family of 5 perfectly, with enough room that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was light and airy and just what we were hoping to find. From the awesome location, just a walk to the ocean, to the indoor pool and back up to a comfortable stay, our entire family agree that we can’t wait to return! ...

„Tucked away in a quiet residential area. Rooms were clean and kitchenette was well equipped. Private parking spot in the driveway next to the cottage was a bonus. Highly recommended!“

„Trvis and Alice are great host and the property was a great place to stay close to the beach and downtown Sag Harbor.“

„This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!“

„We could not get the Smart TV to work nor could we connect to the Internet using the instructions provided. As we were in town for a wedding we didn’t spend much time in our room, but would have appreciated some type of in room instructions for connecting. The property owner replied to our message but the instructions to reboot the system didn’t return a positive result. Not a show stopper but……“

„Mary was an amazing host! The apartment was cozy, quiet and very clean. The private fenced in yard in the back was a plus. Minutes drive to everywhere Montauk. Would stay again hands down. “

„We spend 6 days with two families and enjoyed every second of it. There’s nothing which we could complain about. Especially the pool and the entertainment system made this stay kind of special :-) We will come again for sure.“

„Our key priority was direct access to the beach. This could not be delivered better. Opening the door to the terrace of the master bedroom every morning, facing the ocean directly, was the best. But also the house had everything, really everything to satisfy our needs. We really have enjoyed that stay.“

„Kitchen Facilities were excellent. Check-in went smoothly. A bit disappointed that my wife and friend could not use the shuttle service into town because we did not book the room through the Manor directly. I thought that somewhat petty on their part“

"Sehr schmutziger Teppichboden, keine neuen Handtücher nach Benutzung, Betten ungemacht nach erster Nacht, Bettwäsche verknittert und uralt, verdreckter stinkender Kühlschrank, klebrige Tische. Bilder spiegeln in keinster Weise den schäbigen Zustand wider - sowohl im Zimmer als auch draußen am Pool! Sehr ärgerlich, wie teuer eine Nacht war!!!!"
