„We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! “

„We had a great time staying in Emily’s lake house. Pictures portray it accurately. Inside of home has been completely renovated and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Short drive to Walmart, Meijer, Kohls among others. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. Snow lake connects to Lake James, and a few other Lakes. We spent time at the sandbar and went tubing. Would definitely stay here again! Kids kept asking if we could stay here again next year! “

„Here for the week with children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the "bunk room" for the grandchildren. [all eight of them] They could all stay in one room and had such a great time hanging out together. Communication with Kim was incredible! Had one very small issue with the stove and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend this house for large families. Thank you Kim!!!“

„The cottage provided us everything we needed. It was easy to get in and out and the owner was very responsive to requests. I have not had a gas stove since I was a kid living at home and I found that cooking on it was like riding a bike. It gave me a bit of nostalgia as well.The location was great for us. Close to town, and to our own cottage that is currently gutted. Also easy drive into the Lake James/Jimmerson area - which of course you need to arrive to Tom's Donuts early if you don't ...

„Our family enjoyed this house for the second time. Great view of third basin looking out from large deck. Master bedroom with large closet and bathroom was great, also 4 other bedrooms. The kitchen and dining area was very nice and equipped good. Games, ping pong and large tv was enjoyed by all.“

„This is a very well appointed modern cottage that was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The little lake was so nice and peaceful that we ended up not trailering the boat over to Lake James for the last day like we had planned, but just stayed here instead. Our family was able to ski and tube basically right in front of the dock. There is also a clean little beach area on the property that my granddaughter spent countless hours on. „We very much enjoyed our stay. The house/condo was very nice. A very beautiful vew from both decks. There is a propane grill on the deck for use. This was something we wondered going. Didn't see anything saying one way or the other. We were able a head of time to put in a Walmart order. It is located enough that we could have it delivered. Really made the trip easier. We were able to prepare a full meal in the kitchen. Only kitchen item that was not there was a measuring cup. The house ...

„Thoroughly enjoyed our week, the small lake was wonderful, and the home was exactly as listed. Every need was thought out by the owner of this place! Beautiful home, with lots of personal space and space for together time. “

„Place was very clean and recently renovated. Neighbors were very friendly. Only downfall was you couldn’t get into the water from the dock and wade. It was very overgrown. We were able to get out in the water with kayaks onsite and we brought our own tubes and paddle board, so we paddled out and went swimming. Water was clean and refreshing. The fire pit was an unexpected added bonus. Nice to sit by the fire and lake at night. “
