„The location was beautiful, check-in process was simple, but the house needs some attention. I sent a list of things to the property manager who assured me those things would be addressed. Probably the most impactful to us was the lack of hot water all weekend, although i didnt mention anything until the last day because i didnt want to deal with someone in there repairing or replacing a water heater while we were staying there. Again, beautiful location and that deck is very nice. “

„Booked and paid for my stay 3 months I'm advance. When we went to check in, the people at the check in hut acted like I never paid. When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. „Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! “

„The home was very clean, well taken care of and has a warm comfy feeling. The beds are very comfortable. It's everything the listing says and more. I especially enjoyed the patio area. The lush fenced in yard made you feel like there was no one around for miles. Very quiet neighborhood. Jill was super nice and responded promptly. “

„The house was perfect! Had everything we needed to cook with, the beds were comfy, plenty of room for all 7 of us, and the views of the river and sunsets were amazing. Chris was the best host!! Responded instantly to all my questions and very accommodating to everything we needed! “

„We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it“

„Great views galore with sun and water. House was as advertised. We had 5 people in our group and was very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. Very nice area and was peaceful. Stores and restaurants were close by. Definitely recommend staying here.“
