„The location is great, we have friends all over Mecklenburg, it was easy to go in any direction, or stay local. Easy to get to. The apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated. The pool area/courtyard was under construction, which was listed as starting the last day of our trip but was ongoing the entire time, and since (I believe) they were welding balconies, from 9 am - 5 pm the noise was constant. „It was close to everything I needed. The property management company was interactive and there if I needed them. The place and grounds were nice. Only negatives: you can hear the neighbors walking around, and the shower head had a constant drip. Other than that, definitely would come back if needed. “

„We were looking for an inexpensive VRBO that was near our event for a week. This tiny home fit the bill.The quarters are tight. As others have mentioned, the stairs going to the loft are steep and the treads are shallow. The bed fell apart on us one night, but we fixed it and moved on. „This was our 4th trip over the years to this beautiful newly renovated lake house and it never disappoints. The Mossharts have thought of everything to make your stay a pleasant one. The yard is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out if you have several people with you. The dock is shaded part of the day to enjoy fishing. „This is an amazing house in an ideal location in Charlotte. Walking distance to a lot of places and a short uber ride to BOA Stadium. Ideal for families traveling but if all adults, note that three of the bedrooms are children’s rooms.“
