„Horrible check-in experience. Code to get into building did not work. After some time we got lucky and someone let us in. Code to lockbox was wrong. Called the contact in email, who never answered or responded. Called all contacts I could find. Finally got a live support person who gave the correct code. Once inside, was a bit disappointed with the unit. Concrete floors, spartan furnishings, double bed. Wi-Fi code didn't work. On the plus side, it's close to everything at Ballpark Village.“

„We are from the country, so this was very city to us, but everyone in the building was very nice, pool was rarely used, but a nice pool. Cool water that felt wonderful even though it was in the 90s. Apartment has a balcony where you can see your car and the pool. The check in instructions were a necessity and very thorough. I am grateful for this. „My wife really liked the rustic feel of the place and was impressed with how clean it was at the same time. For me, it felt like a retirement property that I’d had for years, it was very welcoming.
