„Das war gut: - Lage war gleichzeitig ruhig und gleichzeitig zentral - viele Wanderungen möglich - unkomplizierter Check-in Das war nicht so gut: -Gartenmöbel waren verrostet und sehr alt -WLAN hätte extra beantragt und bezahlt werden müssen - keine Waschmaschine, obwohl bei FeWo so angegeben - kein Tisch, nur Tresen mit Hockern (mit Kindern etwas unpraktisch) Für 5 Nächte war es in Ordung.“

„The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained. The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat ...

„Wir haben ein sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr einsam, so dass wir für Unternehmungen immer das Auto benutzen. Das war uns aber vorher bekannt, daher kein Problem. Zum Einkaufen war es nicht weit und das nächste Pub war genau eine Meile entfernt. Wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das war unser erster Urlaub in Süd-England und wir werden sicher noch einmal ...

„Very nice cottage, overall satisfied. The location is scenic, rural and quiet, fairly close to the beach. Any trip outside the local area does require some time to get there (Dartmoor or Exeter) due to the narrow roads. The equipment in and around the apartment is overall up to date. The communication with the rental was uncomplicated and straightforward.“

„Das Häuschen war absolut angemessen für vier Personen, prima ausgestattet, ordentlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Man sieht es auf dem Foto nicht, aber es gibt Grünflächen, auch mit Baumbestand, so dass man auch draußen ganz gut sitzen kann. Zwei Campingstühle sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist prima, um die Umgebung zu erkunden; Städtchen, Strand, Klippenwanderung alles gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!“

„Everything was simply perfect. It all started with our outstanding landlords Rob and Sian, who were so warm, welcoming, easy to contact and gave so many helpful recommendations. We loved Pipers Cottage and the surrounding landscape from the very beginning. The cottage is decorated in such a homely way and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Due to the weather, we didn't see many beaches but found many other wonderful things to do for example we enjoyed our walks to Salcombe. Thank you again ...

Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little ...

„Niedliches kleines Cottage. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben das Frühstück im kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war immer problemlos möglich und sie standen uns bei Fragen jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.“

„Good stay, with a large comfortable, spotlessly clean, homely, well equipped apartment. Friendly staff. However, there were a couple of niggles, the TV was really small, old fashioned and not smart so no access to streaming services etc. There was also a surprise charge for daily electricity usage, which wasn’t mentioned during booking, and could really add up if you were staying for a few nights or more. “
