„Very nice place to stay . Neighbors dogs right outside of bedroom window yapped non stop consistently from 10pm to 3am but that’s not the property owners fault . Also a woman sat in driveway and got out and was looking in windows taking pictures . Saw me and didn’t say a word . I would assume if it was the property owner they would have said something. Seemed odd, “

„Amazing views of the Cumberland River with a great back porch including a hot tub that overlooked the river. The owners were very welcoming and the perfect couple. We will definitely go back. I loved the small town and atmosphere. It was close to Cookville so we could visit the Falls. The house was roomy and clean.“

„We Came in for a Short 3 Night Stay for Thanksgiving and chose the absolute perfect location and Place. We only needed the house for Sleeping and getting ready for Our Visits with Friends so the Quietness was Great. The Comfortable Bedding was Top Notch and we had Everything we could ask for to assist us for Our Stay. The Quick and positive Communication with the owners was a Bonus..“

„This house and property are a perfect getaway! The house is immaculate, with spa-like bathrooms, large yet cozy bedrooms, and very nice bunk beds that were perfect even for women. We used the porch every day to relax or dine. There was a beautiful spot on the property for a picnic while watching the bountiful wildlife. And for outdoor fun, the kayaks were ideal. Communication with the management was quick and easy. Highly recommend!! We would definitely come back for another stay and bring ...
